Key facts

Reporting to: Founders (CEO and CTO). Working alongside the CEO every day

Package: £30,000-£45,000 /annum (depending on experience) + generous stock options + 25 days holidays (plus bank holidays) + pension + health insurance (planned)

Commitment: We have a fast-moving culture and an all-in attitude. Team members typically commit 45-50 hours a week to meet their goals

Location: Our team is 100% in-person in our lovely office in Clerkenwell, London

Summary

Fossil fuel emissions are at an all-time high, and much of those emissions come from the factories that produce iron, steel and cement for Western markets. Now a game-changing law called the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) is forcing firms to pay for these supply chain emissions.

CBAMBOO’s mission is to decarbonise industrial supply chains. We do that by helping companies to understand and optimise carbon border taxes like CBAM. As we scale, our platform will guide the decision-making of the world’s biggest polluters and play an outsize role in driving down their global emissions.

We are now looking for an ambitious Sales Development Executive who will seek out our ideal customers and enjoy helping them with their compliance challenges. This can be an entry-level role but we are looking for someone with exceptional leadership potential.

You will be hire #5 and will work directly alongside the CEO and one other SDR to navigate the commercial future of the company.

What will you be working on?

As our second sales hire in a rapidly-changing environment, with a new product and a market that is only starting to understand what it needs, you’ll need all your people skills to prospect, qualify and nurture target leads. Working closely with the CEO, you will:
