🌱 Stage 1: Application & Shortlisting

You can apply to our roles on various job boards like LinkedIn, and on our Careers Page.

There will be an application form to fill in.

The purpose of the form is to give us a snapshot about you. It’s a window into understanding your strengths and experience, your personality, and motivations.

You will need every part of your talent to work in a startup, where the scope of work is constantly changing and expanding.

To mitigate biases around gender, age, ethnicity, or names, we carry out the Stage 1 screening process anonymously.

Please note, we only have a blind process for Stage 1. Thereafter, we meet you.

How to apply…

When applying, we will ask you to create a codename/pseudonym (for example, you might call yourself ‘redapple’ or ‘shootingstar’) and we will compare submissions on a name-blind basis.

Don’t:

❌ Indicate or reveal your gender identity either overtly or implicitly in your answers.

❌ Make reference to your schooling. This would include making sure to avoid coded references like “college” which can indicate an Oxbridge education. Your actual degree (eg, Computer Science) is relevant to us, but where you got it from is not relevant to us.

❌ Type anything that may suggest your name, gender or age in the codename you select. Don’t write things like caroline98

❌ Pick anything too complicated or clever for the codename. We aren’t evaluating name creativity. A simple combination of words like bluesunshine will do fine.
