🌱 Stage 1: Application & Shortlisting

You can apply to our roles on various job boards like LinkedIn, and on our Careers Page.

There will be an application form to fill in.

The purpose of the form is to give us a snapshot about you. It’s a window into understanding your strengths and experience, your personality, and motivations.

How to apply…

In 2026, it’s become exhausting to apply for jobs, when each one requires a different set of questions to be answered. You upload the questions to AI, knowing that your job application will in turn only be read by AI and probably discarded by AI too.

We’ve thought about how we can avoid this. For this job, our Stage 1 process is as follows:

Do:

✅ Read the job description and make sure you are interested in it.

✅ Describe your achievements and experience in full. Those are important and fair ways for us to evaluate you as a candidate.

✅ Apply even if you don’t precisely meet all the criteria in the job description. We are hiring for mentality and a growth mindset more than anything else.

✅ Book a time for a 20 minute intro call.

Don’t:

😤 Plug the Q&A into Claude and get it to fill in the form for you. Great initiative in other contexts – but not this one. (Trust us, when you’ve read a dozen responses that all use the exact same wording, it gets a bit frustrating.) We just want to know what you’re about, in whatever language you would normally use.

😤 Apply for the job if you want to work remotely. We are an in-person team, based in central London.

🌿 Stage 2: Introduction call and follow-up call/meeting

The next stage will be a short introductory call, carried out over Google Meet. Once you have applied, you should schedule this yourself as soon as possible – we are happy to speak today! Please note that dates will only available for an upcoming seven-day period.

The call will be with at least one of the founders and perhaps some other team members.

Please ensure you have good wifi, camera on, and have checked your audio beforehand.

Please prepare your top 2-3 questions for us.

Depending on the circumstances, we may proceed to a follow-up meeting. Follow-up meetings may be in person.

🌲 Stage 3: Advanced Assessment - In-Person

Candidates who progress to Stage 3 will take part in a full job interview that we aim to make a two-way process. You need to decide whether our firm is right for you, and we want to ensure you make the choice that is right for you based on a proper understanding of what is involved. The Stage 3 interview is the chance for you to figure this out.
